Segulah AB has acquired 100% of the shares in both companies.
VVSteknik Rörinspektion primarily focuses on relining, i.e., renovation of drainage pipes/systems, but also offers a comprehensive range of services, including inspection, flushing, sludge suction, and emergency service.
VVSteknik Energi specializes in calculations and adjustments of heating, tap water, and cooling systems to ensure the necessary flow and pressure requirements for HVAC installations.
The companies’ main facility is located in Falun, with branches in Gävle and Mora.
