Aktiebolaget Segulah acquires VVSteknik Rörinspektion and VVSteknik Energi

Aktiebolaget Segulah has acquired 100% of the shares in the two companies.

VVSteknik Rörinspektion is mainly focused on relining, ie. renovation of sewer pipes/systems, but also has a complete range of services such as, filming, flushing, sludge suction and emergency service.

VVSteknik Energi performs calculations and adjustment of heating, tap water and cooling systems to ensure the required need for flows and pressure for plumbing installations.

The companies’ main facility is located in Falun, with branches in Gävle and Mora.
