Aktiebolaget Segulah acquires JP Relining AB
30 January, 2020Aktiebolaget Segulah has acquired 100% of the shares in JP Relining AB located in Gothenburg
The company started its operations in 2007 and from the beginning the business was mainly focused on relining ie. renovation of sewage pipes/systems but today the operations are conducted in two separate companies that together form a complete property maintenance supplier focused on services in relining, wastewater, pipe inspection, sludge cleaning and on-call service.
